Building Policies

Maintenance is due on the 10th day of every month. If a maintenance payment is not received by the 10th day of each month, a late fee will be charged to the account in the amount of $50.00 for the first month, $100.00 for the second month, and $150.00 for the third month. From the 4th month on, the late fee will be $250.00 per month. A postmark date is NOT acceptable.
