Building Policies

  • Sales and Leases are subject to the Board's Waiver of Right of First Refusal.
  • Lease Policy: Lease not less nor more than one (1) year term per the bylaws.
  • Open House Showings:
    • In order to maintain security and an acceptable level of traffic into and out of the building, Open House showings by owners or their agents are only permitted with the expressed consent of the Board of Directors.
    • Open House showings must be scheduled in increments of no less than 20 (twenty) minutes between showings and with a maximum of 10 prospective buyers/renters per showing. Brokers, owners or their agents must meet each group of prospective buyers/renters in the lobby and escort them to the apartment.
    • While prospective buyers/renters are welcome to investigate the laundry room and locker room, they may not roam the building unescorted. Brokers, owners or agents must escort prospective buyers/renters to these locations if they wish to show them.
    • Brokers, owners or their agents will be held responsible for damage or cleanup costs incurred during or as a result of showings.
