Notice to Brokers: We ask that you start the online application. As the Package Initiator you will have the ability to invite applicants and shareholders to the online application and do a final review prior to submitting to Management. As Package Initiator you will have to assign fees due upon submission.

Notice to Owners: If you or the applicant do not have a broker, please have the applicant start the application process.

  • Pet Policy: No Pets permitted. Pets are permitted to visit but must register with Superintendent.

  • Open House Policy:
    • Open Houses are allowed by appointment only.
    • No signs are allowed on the streets advertising an open house.
    • No group tour of any apartment or its contents shall be conducted, nor shall any auction sale be held in any apartment without the consent of the Board or managing agent.

  • Garage Spaces:
    • Spaces owned by shareholders only.
    • Owners can rent their spaces to another shareholder or tenant but either individual must be a resident in the building (No Exceptions).
    • The shareholder is billed a monthly fee on maintenance account.
    • Shareholders can sell only to shareholders who live in the building.

  • Combining Apartments Not Allowed

  • Flip Tax:  Effective July 1, 2019 the flip tax will be $40 per share
