Building Policies

General Policies

In Unit Washers/Dryers Not Allowed
Subletting Allowed Sublets for a period of three (3) months minimum and 12 months maximum are allowed upon board approval. Sublet fee is the same regardless of lease term. If the tenant vacates before the end of the year and the shareholder wishes to sublet again, a new application must be submitted. Any extension of this one year term is subject to Board approval and must be requested in writing prior to the expiration date of the current approved sublease.
