Building Policies

General Policies

Pets Allowed Tenants are not allowed to have pets. For unit owners, there is an annual dog fee of $250/year, usually billed in January of each year. Dog registration form is required. Failure to do so will result in $100 monthly fee until form submitted to the Property Manager.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY ALL APPLICATIONS AND FEES DUE AT SUBMISSION MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE.

  • Sales and Leases are subject to the Board's Waiver of Right of First Refusal.

  • Lease Policy:
    • Unit Owners who rent or lease their apartments in violation of the By-laws or rules and regulations are subject to fines of:
      • 1st violation - $2,500 plus all legal cost to pursue legal remedies against the resident.
      • 2nd Violation and thereafter - $5,000 plus all legal cost to pursue legal remedies against the resident.
Important Information Regarding Questionnaire Payment: Due to restrictions with the coronavirus we currently are not accepting checks for questionnaires. Only form of payment is by credit card(option 1 on questionnaire instruction sheet).
