Statement from the applicant(s) explaining in detail the source of funds for the purchase of the apartment.
Selling a Residence
If selling a residence, please provide a copy of the pending contract of sale or listing agreement or copy of the closing statement.
Supporting Documentation to the Financial Statement
All must be accounted for if listed, including the most recent two (2) months bank statements (all pages) and copies of brokerage statements, etc. You may be required to submit updated bank and brokerage statements after Board Review. The amounts set forth on the Financial Statement form must be equal to the amounts on the supporting documentation. Financial Statement amounts and all supporting documentation must be in USD. If funds are held in overseas accounts, a certified bank letter verifying the USD value must accompany said documentation.
Upload letters from all banks where funds are held indicating when account was opened, status of account (rating) and present balance.
Copies of the last two years Federal Income Tax Returns, signed and complete with W-2 and/or 1099 forms.
Copies of two (2) most recent pay stubs.
Employment Reference Letter / Income Verification Letter
Must be on company letterhead and include salary, length of employment, position, bonuses and prospect for continued employment. If self-employed, provide a C.P.A. letter stating length of time the company has been in existence, nature of your business, expected net income for the current year, and position held. If retired, please provide copies of pension and/or social security award letters.
Current Landlord/Managing Agent Reference Letter
Indicate the timeliness of rent payments and length of tenancy. If you reside with family members or if you own the home you are currently residing in, please indicate this in writing.
Business/Professional Reference Letters
Include two (2) per applicant.
Personal Reference Letters
Include two (2) per applicant (no letters may be submitted by family members.)

Shareholders must reside in
apartment for a minimum of one (1) year before requesting to sublet.
Prior to any public offering being made, request to sublet must be made by the
shareholder to the Board of Directors.
Subletting will be allowed only
due to an extraordinary circumstance and if it is the intention of the
shareholder to return and re-occupy the apartment.
One (1) year lease term. Maximum
duration is two (2) years for an approved sublet unless prior Board of Directors approval has been obtained.
No dogs permitted
Guarantors permitted on subleases.
Each apartment comes with one storage unit.
Please note there is a monthly charge on you maintenance bill for this storage unit.
