In Unit Washers/Dryers Not Allowed
Subletting Allowed Shareholder must own apartment for two (2) years before requesting Board approval to sublet. One (1) year lease term; extensions will require Board approval. Shareholder must be in good standing and paid up to date with maintenance and other fees. If you sublet or are about to renew a sublet you will forfeit your parking space. Your name, if you so choose, will be added to the bottom of the waiting list.
