Building Policies

General Policies

In Unit Washers/Dryers Allowed Washing Machines are permissible. Must be done with allowance of proper drainage and must be installed by a licensed plumber.
Subletting Allowed Must have been a shareholder for a minimum of one (1) year before requesting to sublet. One (1) year lease term. Shareholder may apply for two (2) one (1) year extensions to any existing sublease by submitting such a request to the Board no more than 120 and no less than 90 days prior the end of the sublet term or the end of the first extension period. Shareholder may sublet their apartment for no more than a total of three (3) years within any five (5) year period.
