General Policies

Smoking Not Allowed
Subletting Allowed One (1) year lease term or greater. Leases for longer than two years are subject to Board approval.

Additional Building Information

  • Sales and Leases are subject to the Board's Waiver of Right of First Refusal.
  • Lease Renewals:
    • Lease renewals are subject to approval by the Board of Managers.
    • If you intent to renew your lease (regardless whether there is an automatic renewal provision in the lease) with the same tenant, the owner is required to contact the Assistant Property Manager a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the lease in order to obtain the lease renewal requirements.
    • In the alternative, if your tenant intends to vacate the premises, the owner must submit a letter indicating so, prior to the lease expiration date.

  • Storage Bins: Seller who owns storage unit are required to transfer the storage unit to Buyer simultaneously with the sale of their residential unit.
Important Information Regarding Questionnaire Payment: Due to restrictions with the coronavirus we currently are not accepting checks for questionnaires. Only form of payment is by credit card(option 1 on questionnaire instruction sheet).
