In the event the Shareholder has obtained Bank Financing to purchase his apartment, the Shareholder must provide a letter showing the Shareholder Lender approves of the Sublet. In the event approval is not required pursuant to the Shareholders Loan Documents, the Shareholder shall submit a Notarized Affidavit stating no such approval is required.
9. Lead Based Paint Disclosure Form
Lead Based Paint Disclosure Forms (enclosed). The disclosure documents must be completed in their entirety. Enclosed is the Lead Paint Disclosure Brochure.
