General Policies

Pets Allowed Limited to 2 pets per household; registration required; restriction on weight and breed for dogs. Non-residents must obtain approval in writing from the apartment owner and must provide a photo of the pet with registration.
Subletting Allowed Shareholder must be a resident for a minimum of two (2) years before requesting Board approval to sublet. One (1) year lease term.
