Building Policies

General Policies

Pets Allowed One pet per apartment with weight limit of 30 lbs. No animal is permitted on elevators except the one designated by the board for that purpose, or any public portions of the building unless carried or on a leash. The following are prohibited: German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Akita, Mastiff, Great Dane and Doberman Pinscher.
