Building Policies

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: Submission fees and a complete application must be submitted online.
  • Maximum Financing Permitted: 75% of purchase price.
  • Sublet Policy:
    • Must reside in apartment for at least two (2) years before requesting Board approval to sublet.
    • Shareholders can only sublet for three (3) years out of a five (5) year period.
    • One (1) year lease term only; lease may be renewed annually upon Board approval. Shareholder must request in writing prior to the lease expiration date.
  • Pet Policy: 
    • No bird, dog or animal shall be kept or harboredin the building unless the same in ea:ch instance be expressly permitted in writing by the Board; such permission shall be revocable by the Board.
  • Appliance Policy: Washer/Dryers in unit not permitted.
