All BoardPackager services are provided with full knowledge and cooporation with Property Management, but without Property Management supervision. Building Policies

General Policies

Pets Allowed No bird, dog or animal shall be kept or harbored in the building unless the same in each instance be expressly permitted in writing by the Board; such permission shall be revocable by the Board.
In Unit Washers/Dryers Not Allowed
Subletting Allowed Must reside in apartment for at least two (2) years before requesting Board approval to sublet. Shareholders can only sublet for three (3) years out of a five (5) year period. One (1) year lease term only; lease may be renewed annually upon Board approval. Shareholder must request in writing prior to the lease expiration date.
