General Policies

Pets Allowed Limited to 1 dog per coop unit. Must be licensed by NYC and registration with Caton Towers required. There is a mandatory dog interview with Caton Towers Dog Committee. Please Note: No dog that is a pit bull, has an ancestor that is or was a pit bull, i.e., any mixed breed that includes a pit bull, or any breed which is a pit bull by another name, i.e., American Stafford-shire, will be acceptable for residence or presence in building. This policy applies to all residents (current or future), shareholders, sublets, the entire gamut.

Additional Building Information

  • Effective Immediately: A complete application package must be submitted electronically. Incomplete applications will be returned to the broker/applicant for re- submission at a later date and application fees will not be refunded. 

    Interviews and when to submit your application: Interviews for this building take place the 2nd Tuesday of every month in the management office at 135 Ocean Parkway, and all completed applications have to be submitted online 3 week priors to that date, which is the cut off.

    Notice to Brokers: Management strongly advises a Broker start the online process. Once you begin the application, you will have the ability to invite applicants and unit owners to the online application.
