Building Policies

  • Renewal Sublet Policy: 
    • If the sublet is renewed the administrative charges to Century and the Corporation do not need to be paid again. 
    • However, an updated executed sublease agreement for the renewal period is required.
  • No trusts purchases permitted.
  • Washer and/or dryers permitted upon approval.
  • Open Houses are not permitted.
